5out of 5

Pros: Lightweight, Sharp Focus, Easily Interchangeable

Cons: Slow Focus

Best Uses: Night Photography, General Use, Wildlife

Describe Yourself: Hobbyist/Enthusiast

Great prime lens. Works well even in low lighting. The Gaussian blur it creates is amazing. At close distance, the auto focus sometimes does not work but there is a manual focus. If I lost or ruin the lens I would not hesitate to get another one. The price is incredibly low.

Hi,just passing by... Read some of your posts, nice work - and nice photos!
Love canon, have a 18-55mm lens - the only one so far exept from an old one i got from my dad's old-old dslr(35-80mm) x)
Lack of money is such an annoying thing ;)
But I'm off.
Keep up the good work!

Kind Regards
Monica

Hi, Monica: Thank you for your encouragement. I hope you will continue to explore art despite limited tools. Think of SRV with his beat up guitar. Or Van Gogh recycling his canvas because he did not have enough money to buy a new one. ---
