I think she may have put too much cheese

Italians will never put cheese on seafood pasta.  The owner is Italian but she knew I wanted cheese on mine.  She might have put more cheese than what usual customer wants.  But I love it that way.  She winked and told me she does that to her pasta too.  Bon appetito.
