Mornings at Stari Grad are best for swimming and sailing.  There are numerous bays on each side of Stari Grad Bay.

Stari Grad ( literally means "Old Town") is a town on the northern side of the island of Hvar in Dalmatia, Croatia.

It is one of the oldest towns in Europe. The city is filled with old buildings dating back to the 19th century.  Most of the buildings before that were burned down during the attack of the Turks in the 16th century.

The most ancient part of Stari Grad falls within the UNESCO Protected World Heritage Site.
