Iced Rapini

 I've said it before, one of the upsides of these unexpected snowstorms in Texas is that it makes for great photo op.  This was captured a week ago before the great snow storm that came last Monday.  It rained iced and destroyed most of our vegetables but Rose managed to harvest a bundle of Rapini.  Unfortunately, all of the vegetables are now decimated because of this recent storm.  Time to find another subject for photo op.
