Jack Teagarden - Riverboat Shuffle (restored jazz vinyl LP)

"If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint,' then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced." - Vincent Van Gogh The music is from the vinyl album Meet Me Where They Play the Blues. Jack Teagarden, trombone, vocals Jimmy McPartland, trumpet Edmond Hall, clarinet Dick Cary, piano Walter Page, bass Jo Jones, drums Weldon Leo "Jack" Teagarden (August 20, 1905 – January 15, 1964) was an American jazz trombonist and singer. Teagarden's trombone style was largely self-taught, and he developed many unusual alternative positions and novel special effects on the instrument. He is usually considered the most innovative jazz trombone stylist of the pre-bebop era – Pee Wee Russell once called him "the best trombone player in the world". I do not own the copyright to the music, the recording and the photos. (Image post and video art were appropriated from the album and https://jackteagarden.net ) This video is posted for educational use under Section 17 U.S. Code § 107. Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use. As much as possible, I attempted to remove most of the pops and crackles from the original vinyl album. Hope you enjoy.
