Japanese Cooking Through a Glass of Pinot Gris

Waiting at Zurich Airport Bar for our flight back to LAX.  Not sure if he is Japanese.  The guy was making Sushi the whole time I was sitting by the counter.  The title I have here is misleading because technically he is not really cooking.  He was assembling the prepared ingredients for Sushi.  The half emptied wine glass created a nice reflection of the guy.
