Lucuma Ice Cream - a guiltless pleasure

The Ice cream is made from the subtropical Lucuma fruit from the cool valley of San Andres, Peru.  It is very healthy.  It will make you lose weight and give you lots of energy.  So I'm told.  After all, have you ever seen a fat Peruvian?
