Shrimp Asparagus Selfie


Rose got this idea when we had Scallop Salad in Lucerne.  Combined with the Italian style plating in Baveno, she created this wonderful dish.  Shrimp over asparagus and garnished with parsley.  Simple.  But delicious.  Intended for two people.  Pair this with chilled Sauvignon Blanc.  Bon appetite.
