Swordfish and Not So Kosher Easter Lunch

Swordfish, Asparagus, Bell Pepper and Shrimps.  All grilled.

Last Sunday, we celebrated Easter to commemorate the Lord's victory over death and sin.  Most Roman Catholics abstained from meat and sweets prior to Easter.  Fish was commonly eaten.  In our case, we had Swordfish at Easter.  But we also had Shrimps.  This would not have been kosher with the Jews.  But we are Gentiles.  So it's okay.
