I was told that the secret is in the milk. Apparently, the Swiss send their cows up on the alps after winter so they can feast on the mountain grass - rich in minerals. Because of the nutritious bovine diet, the cows produce the best milk in the world. The milk is then used as an ingredient in producing the famous Swiss chocolates.
